About the role
Seeking a passionate Casual Chef to join the dynamic culinary team at Eagle Heights Mountain Resort in Wongawallan, QLD. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise in a stunning mountain resort setting.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing high-quality, creative dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
- Collaborating with the Head Chef to develop and implement innovative menu items
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
- Ensuring all meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
What we're looking for
- Formal culinary training or equivalent experience as a Chef
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
