Administration Assistant

We are an online business based in Molendinar seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team. This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritise workflow while dealing with a wide range of customers and suppliers.
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, professional, and passionate about customer service, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails and enquiries promptly and courteously
- Prepare quotes using in-house systems
- Enter data into the CRM
- Create and manage invoices using Xero
- Liaise with potential customers and follow up on quotations
- Assist management with general administrative duties as required
- Perform other general office tasks as needed
Skills and Experience
- Strong administrative experience with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Xero, and Google Drive - Mac experience preferred but not essential
- Experience with Shopify is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic, fast learner who can work well under pressure
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced small office environment
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible — able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to cover team members' holidays when needed
- Access to your own vehicle (no public transport nearby)
