**COLDCOAST Pty Ltd**, a leader in air conditioning supply, installation, and service, is looking for a bright and energetic **Administration Assistant** to join our growing team in Molendinar on the Gold Coast.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Be the friendly face and voice of our office, assisting customers and keeping our team on track.
- Handle bookings, schedules, and general admin duties like a pro.
- Support our sales and operations teams with your organizational wizardry.
- Keep our office running smoothly and efficiently.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication and people skills.
- A knack for organization and attention to detail.
- Tech-savviness with Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- A team player with a can-do attitude.
- Previous admin experience is a plus but not essential - we’ll train the right person
