We're looking for a bubbly and efficient Office Administrator to bring energy, structure, and support to our growing business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and loves being part of a high-performing team.
About the Role:
This is a key support position where your organisation, attention to detail, and proactive attitude will help drive our team's success.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phones and managing inboxes professionally and efficiently
- Greeting clients and visitors warmly
- Supporting the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks
- Scheduling, data entry, document preparation and general office coordination
- Using SimPRO and Xero to manage workflow and accounts support
- Helping maintain a positive, productive office environment
- Pitching in wherever needed – because you're a true team player
