Drummoyne Sailing Club, Sydney Harbour

Drummoyne Sailing Club invites applications for one full-time and two casual Duty Manager roles. Join a respected sailing and hospitality venue renowned for its waterfront dining, gaming, and member-focused community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Club operations during shifts, including bar, gaming, bistro, and functions.
  • Lead and supervise staff, ensuring excellent service and compliance with RSA, RCG, and Club policies.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming environment, including Fire Warden and First Aid duties.
  • Manage member and guest interactions professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Complete shift and incident documentation accurately.

You Will Have:

  • Proven club or hospitality supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Working knowledge of gaming, cash handling, and hospitality operations.
  • Valid NSW RSA and ARCG certifications (Senior First Aid desirable).
  • Availability for rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
