THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club. This pivotal role ensures amazing customer experiences, leads a dedicated team, and upholds the highest standards of service and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer relations and satisfaction.
  • Supervising, training, and motivating team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with current legislation, club policies, and health and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with the Venue Manager to maintain a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Driving business objectives while ensuring operational excellence.

This role demands strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to problem-solve effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
