Full-Time (Maternity Leave Cover)

TaylorHedley Property is seeking an organised and reliable Administration & Operations Support Officer to step into a key role during a maternity leave period of 12 months. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting a team, and takes pride in keeping business operations running smoothly.

About the Role

Working closely with the leadership team, you will provide essential administrative support and ensure the day-to-day operations of the business are well-coordinated and efficient. This is a full-time maternity relief position, offering the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our growing boutique agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • General administration including email management, document preparation and data entry
  • Coordinating daily office operations and supporting workflow across the business
  • Supporting the general manager with day to day structuring and support
  • Assisting with scheduling, meeting preparation and internal communication
  • Maintaining digital and physical filing systems
  • Supporting marketing and property administration tasks where required
  • Providing high-level organisational support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assisting with projects, checklists, and process improvements during the contract period
