About Us:

We are a growing mobile bill payments app, available on iOS and Android. We offer users the ability to take control of their bill payments and pay bills in a way that suits them.

Job Description:

You will join our design team to drive the product roadmap forward based on customer insights. You will work closely with the C-suite, user experience experts, engineers, and product strategists to create products that deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver best-practice UX and high-quality UI deliverables including research and competitor analysis, requirements, prototypes, wireframes, visual concepts, high-fidelity user interface designs, iconography, information architecture, user flows, interactive prototypes, user experience feature testing, prioritizing customer needs and technical feasibility, as well as business objectives
- Gather user and partner feedback, informing the UX and product roadmap and priorities
- Lead and mentor design team members
- Lead workshops and design, plan and maintain sprints for new features and ideas
- Document insights, processes, and operations to build out product management practice within the organization
- Design media transitions within the app and education interactions to help users with features within the app
- Work with the CEO and CTO on the product strategy
- Prepare and reporting / speaking with board members as required
