About the Role

As a Digital Commerce Strategist, you will lead the performance and functionality of online platforms across multiple markets. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive conversion, optimize user experience, and manage a team of digital commerce professionals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of digital commerce professionals.
  • Develop and implement e-commerce development roadmaps in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external tech partners.
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and User Experience (UX) improvements through data analysis and A/B testing.
  • Oversee digital merchandising, ensuring strong product visibility and alignment with customer behavior.
  • Manage site performance, content updates, and functionality across all regional domains.
  • Optimize the customer journey across web and app, including search experience, email flows, and promotional campaigns.
  • Partner with logistics and operations to ensure seamless fulfillment, returns, and shipping integrations.
About You
  • You have 5+ years of experience in an e-commerce leadership role, preferably within a D2C retail or fashion brand.
  • You possess hands-on knowledge of Shopify Plus and a solid understanding of third-party integrations and apps.
  • You have demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and build a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
  • You are proficient in web analytics, CRO tools, A/B testing, and UX optimization strategies.
  • You have experience managing development roadmaps, agency relationships, and delivering large-scale digital projects.
  • You have a sharp commercial mindset paired with deep customer empathy and insight.
  • You possess outstanding communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills.
