What We're Looking For:
We're on the hunt for experienced, passionate butchers who are eager to grow their careers with a market-leading company that's all about fresh food and excellent service. If you have experience in delivering high-quality cuts of meat, creating innovative products, and providing top-notch customer service, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities

• Break down pigs and lamb carcasses with care and precision.
• Cut and trim quality meat to perfection.
• Develop value-added products and innovate in the butchery space.
• Provide high-quality customer service and product knowledge.
• Foster a team environment, coaching and mentoring junior butchers.

What We're Looking For In You

• Qualified butcher with experience in a similar role.
• A passion for sustainable, high-quality meats and educating others about it.
• Ability to work in a low-wastage business, maintaining quality while minimizing waste.
• Strong commitment to customer service, ensuring every customer gets the best experience.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed and innovate.
• Flexibility to work, including weekends.
