**The Opportunity**: We are seeking two experienced Retail Butchers, to join our friendly, high performing team on a full-time basis for an immediate start. The role will involve working with our Market Manager with portion cutting meat primals, producing gourmet burgers and bespoke sausages, and the opportunity to design new products and lines for our customers. The South Melbourne Market offers a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere with high foot traffic and quality-conscious customers.

**Location**: South Melbourne Market

**Market Hours**:

- Tuesday: 5am - 11am
- Wednesday: 5am - 3pm
- Friday: 6am - 3pm
- Saturday: 6am - 3pm
- Sunday: 6am - 3pm

**What will you be doing?**
- Cut, prepare and value add a range of meat products
- Carcass deboning including lambs and pigs
- Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional market experience.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and presentation.
- Uphold our values and standards while contributing positively to the working environment.
- Work closely with the shop manager to ensure smooth operations.
