Receptionist / Office Allrounder

Based in Stapylton Gold Coast, we are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn on the job and play a key role in providing a high level of customer service to our clients.
The successful applicant will be fully trained and responsible for general office administrative duties.
The role is re advertised and previous applicants are welcome to apply.
Your key tasks will be:
- reception duties - answering phones and directing calls as required
- Strong attention to detail when processing and invoicing of customer orders
- liaising with customers and suppliers
- Accuracy when updating of spreadsheets and records management
- ad hoc duties and other general office duties as instructed
The ideal candidate must have:
- well presented with sound oral and communication skills
- intermediate skills using Microsoft Office (outlook, word & excel )
- ability to work cooperatively within a team and independently
- ability to multitask and show initiative
- friendly, professional and courteous phone manner
- must be reliable and punctual
- have a positive "can do" attitude
