Office Administrator/ Receptionist

PMR (Palmview Mechanical Repairs) has a position open in our office for a receptionist to join our team. We are a family-owned business based in the heart of Palmview, and our fast-paced office is looking to expand and grow. We strive to provide the best customer experience possible from the initial phone call to job completion. We understand our customers are the life force of our business, we value their loyalty and aim to meet their needs with professionalism, respect and integrity in a pleasant and timely manner.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday. The right candidate will have an excellent phone manner, a happy, friendly disposition, and the ability to work both in a team environment and individually. This role entails constant communication with customers, our work team and management.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming customer calls and making out-going calls.
• Maintaining customer records in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining professional relationships with existing clients.
• Taking and relaying messages.
• Handling customer enquiries over the counter.
• Responding to emails daily.
• General administrative and office duties.
Skills & Experience:
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise work loads.
• Sound computer skills using Microsoft programs.
• Exceptional phone manner.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills.
• Experience with Xero and Workshop Mate beneficial but not required.
