Our growing team has expanded to over 115 employees and 50+ contractors Australia-wide, and we're now looking for a Customer Experience Officer to join our Filters department, which is central to how we deliver a premium customer experience.

This position requires a skilled communicator with excellent organisational abilities to reach out to our customers and facilitate their filter replacements. The role is primarily inbound, with occasional proactive outreach to support our customers when needed.

About the role…

As a Customer Experience Officer, working in a supportive team, your main focus will include:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and text with professionalism and warmth.
  • Consult and provide solutions to keep customers enjoying clean, healthy water.
  • Process payments accurately and securely, maintaining a high level of care.
  • Work closely with the inventory team to coordinate timely filter deliveries.
  • Keep customer information accurate and up to date across all systems, including HubSpot, our CRM.
