Our young and dynamic team is seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant with a positive, can-do attitude. If you're passionate about helping people, love the thrill of closing a deal and believe buyers deserve clarity and transparency, you'll be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do:

Engage with a consistent stream of buyer enquiries and build strong, trust-based relationships.

Support clients through the home-building journey with clear, confident, and honest communication.

Represent a builder known for fixed pricing, full turnkey inclusions, and delivering quality homes with integrity.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales within the new home industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building trust and lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Available on weekends to connect with buyers during key decision-making moments.
