About the Opportunity:
As CleanCo's Enterprise Applications Lead, you will set the direction for our enterprise applications portfolio — including, but not limited to, SAP. Reporting to the Cyber, Applications and Governance Manager, you will lead a team of six Application Specialists who provide day-to-day support and enhancements across all enterprise applications.
This is a strategic leadership role, not a hands-on technical position. Your focus will be on application strategy, roadmap development, stakeholder engagement, and driving uplift across our systems. You will need to be comfortable "zooming out" to shape enterprise-wide strategy and "zooming in" when required to understand operational details, challenge assumptions, and ensure delivery outcomes.
Based in Brisbane, this permanent, full-time position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide outcomes, work closely with senior stakeholders, and partner with external vendors to ensure systems are fit-for-purpose, data integrity is maintained, and governance frameworks are effective.
About You:
You are a strategic technology leader with a strong background in enterprise applications and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams. You thrive in environments where you can set a clear vision while also diving into the detail when necessary to keep initiatives on track.
You bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology (with additional business or commercial qualifications desirable)
- Experience in Agile and/or DevOps environments
- Relevant Azure and/or AWS certifications
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage vendors, and deliver enterprise application roadmaps that align with business needs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a collaborative, improvement-focused mindset
