Job Title: Enterprise Applications Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Applications Specialist to join our team. As an Enterprise Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of defined service levels for specific enterprise applications.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will provide high-level specialist advice and support to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer-focused ICT/Clinical Business environment.
  • You will develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management.
  • You will ensure end-to-end service delivery for enterprise systems by establishing and maintaining highly effective working relationships with other technical specialists, vendors, and end-users.
  • You will provide timely application support activity reports to stakeholders.
  • You will assist in the ongoing development, maintenance, and deployment of application-specific guides, work instructions, and technical documents.
Requirements
  • You must have demonstrated ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident/problem/test/change and configuration management.
  • You must have demonstrated ability in the provision of high-level specialist advice on, and support for, clinical enterprise applications.
  • You must have well-developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively with people to make decisions.
  • You must have well-developed ability to build and maintain appropriate relationships with team members, other technical specialists, vendors, and end-users.
