Warehouse Storeperson

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Based at our Wellington Warehouse, we currently have an opportunity for a Warehouse Storeperson to coordinate stock movements ensuring all stock in the stores are replenished in a timely manner.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE**:

- Coordinate inward and outward stock movements from the bond warehouse to the store, including stock receiving and dispatching including palleted stock;
- Accurately pick and packing of outwards goods in an appropriate manner, with a sense of urgency and within time frames set down with the EIA screening point;
- Accurately record all receipts and dispatches via the computer system and any other log books as required;
- Ongoing stock replenishment of all areas in priority utilising Stock Replenishment Systems and VM/Promotional calendars standards as a guideline;
- In conjunction with Accounts Payable, to resolve and receipt / invoice differences;
- Liaising and follow through with buyers on damaged stocks and special orders;
- Liaising with HO compliance on store remissions;
- Ensuring all customs regulations are adhered to;
- Maintain clean and orderly bond store;
- Accurately conduct regular stock takes;
- Perform ticketing adjustments

**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES WILL BE**
- Accurate customs compliance;
- Achievement of sales targets on a weekly basis via a timely receiving of goods and support to store team;
- Effective coordination and accuracy in stock receiving, storage, dispatch and ticketing.

**WHO ARE YOU**

**Essential**:

- Basic Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word ) skills;
- Sense of urgency in completing all stock to stores requirements;
- Ability to do all lifting and picking requirements for both inwards and outwards stock;
- Previous administrative experience;
- Experience in working in a storeroom / warehouse;
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service;
- Ability to manage various competing priorities and ability to assess and resolve basic problems;
- Demonstrated ability to work well and effectively as part of a team;
- Ability to work independently when required;
- Good interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication;
- High level of attention to detail;
- High level numerical skills;
- Current and valid Driver’s license.

**Desirable**:

- Intermediate Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word ) skills;
- Experience working in a warehouse;
- Knowledge / experience in Duty Free operations;
- Knowledge / experience of retail operations
