Join us as a Submissions & Tender Coordinator and play a key role in securing major projects across the utilities, infrastructure, and services sectors. You'll deliver accurate, compelling submissions and proposals while working closely with leaders and stakeholders to drive business growth in our dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end tender and submissions process, including information gathering, document collation, database management, and deliverable tracking against key milestones.
  • Manage tender correspondence, registers, and documentation in accordance with both internal systems and external compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely flow of information and inputs.
  • Support the preparation of variations, proposals, and business development documentation.
  • Maintain the accuracy and currency of business segment templates and libraries.
  • Ensure the storing and archiving of all tender documentation (electronic and paper) is well-organised and compliant.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and tender processes, offering practical strategies to drive performance.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in Administration, Business, Commerce or other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial, contract administration, or submissions role.
  • Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety principles, with a proven good safety record.
  • Valid WA "C" Class Driver's Licence and current National Police Clearance.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail, presentation quality and document accuracy.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Outlook).

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in the electricity, engineering, infrastructure, utilities, construction and/or resources industry.
  • Previous exposure to tender and proposal coordination in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial contract formation and tendering process experience.
  • Graphic design experience (e.g. Indesign)
  • Demonstrated project management experience and commercial insight.
