NEW POSITION AVAILABLE: Customer Service / Sales

FULL TIME PREFERRED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL :  MONDAY to FRIDAY 8am - 4.30pm

LVG is a family owned and operated local business with a proud reputation and history of 30 years. We are seeking a Customer Service / Sales Person due to high demand and continued growth to join our supportive team.

Experience in Customer Service / Sales would be required with on the job training for in house systems used.

Key Responsibilities


• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, online portals and in person


• Process orders and liaise with customers and trades


• Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails


• Maintain and update internal systems


• Ensure deadlines are met with attention to detail


• Contribute to team goals and continuous improvement

About You

The successful candidate will demonstrate:


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Excellent computer literacy


• Previous experience in estimating, sales or customer service (preferred)


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong time management and organisational skills


• A proactive and positive approach with strong work ethic
