We're on the lookout for a
Life Insurance Sales Specialist
to join a high-performing team in Parramatta. This is a full-time role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced call centre environment and is passionate about helping people make informed decisions about life insurance.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be the first point of contact for both potential and existing members, handling inbound and outbound calls, managing your own pipeline, and guiding customers through life insurance options (within a general advice framework). Using structured sales tools and objection-handling techniques, you'll help drive member acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Who we're looking for:

Proven experience in a call centre sales environment

Background in life insurance or financial services is highly regarded

Confident communicator with strong sales and negotiation skills

Comfortable with basic digital tools (MS Office, Outlook, CRM systems)
