The Role

As a Regional Manager, you'll be the local backbone of Urban Clean's Sydney South network. You'll not only grow your own income but also guide a team of franchise partners to grow theirs.

You'll:

• Win commercial cleaning contracts using our predictable customer acquisition program, while leading your sales team to do the same.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new Unit Franchisees using Urban Clean's proven systems.
• Provide operational support — from quoting, client service, and scheduling to on-site franchise performance management.
• Mentor franchisees to overcome challenges, strengthen client relationships, and grow their business.
