We're Hiring Jim's Bathrooms (Australia) is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Bathroom Renovation Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

About the role …

The majority of our work focuses on the residential renovation space, collaborating with homeowners to bring their bathroom dreams to life. You will work across Sydney, tackling a variety of tasks in diverse environments. This role requires you to be self-sufficient, punctual, presentable, and, most importantly, friendly Engaging with clients to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions will be a key part of your day-to-day responsibilities. This will be a full-time role employed directly by Jim's Bathrooms Head Office.

Day To Day:

  • Calling Leads: Responding promptly to incoming leads and organising on-site consultations.
  • Scheduling: Using our easy-to-navigate job management system to schedule consultations and tasks (you'll be self-sufficient in managing your schedule).
  • Client Liaison: Engaging with clients throughout the process, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong communication.
  • Proposal and Quotation Preparation: You'll prepare personalised proposals and quotes based on the client's needs and preferences. While we provide support with estimating, your role will involve ensuring that each proposal aligns with the customer's vision and budget.
  • Second Site Visits/Contract Signing: Conducting follow-up site visits to present quotes and close deals (if applicable).
  • Locking In Jobs: Securing renovations and driving sales. The more you sell, the more you earn A fantastic commission-based structure is in place to reward your efforts.
