Inclusion Support Educator

At Mayfield Early Education Brinsmead, we're looking for dedicated Inclusion Support Educators (Cert III or above, or currently studying) who love what they do, value connection, and want to be part of a warm, collaborative team.

Here, you'll be more than just an Educator – you'll help every child feel included, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential, while being part of a close-knit community that celebrates growth and learning every day.

Think helping little explorers feel confident, guiding them through daily adventures, supporting social and emotional growth, and celebrating every milestone – big or small. You'll work alongside Educators to provide tailored support, encourage curiosity, and make every day a positive experience for children with additional needs. Your role will be equal parts mentor, cheerleader, educator, and advocate – no two days are the same

• Cert III (or higher) in Early Childhood Education & Care or currently studying.
• Valid Blue Card / WWCC.
• Child Protection, Red Nose, Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain).
• A genuine passion for supporting children with diverse needs.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQF, with a desire to keep learning and growing.
• Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within our 6am–6:30pm hours.
