Nestled near Redlynch Connection Road and just steps from Redlynch Central Sports Stadium, this centre offers breathtaking views of the Kuranda mountains. Children can watch the Kuranda Scenic Railway pass by as they grow through play, discovery, and nurturing relationships.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

  • Create safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environments
  • Design and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning programs
  • Observe and document developmental progress
  • Build strong relationships with children and families
  • Ensure compliance with early childhood standards and regulations

What You'll Need
  • Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Valid Working With Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training

We'd Love to See:
  • Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Understanding of National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Passion for inclusive, culturally responsive teaching
  • A team mindset with creativity, initiative, and a reflective approach
  • Confidence using digital tools for documentation and learning
