Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager with proven expertise in NBN technology and systems to lead strategic transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, program governance, and agile delivery, with a track record of driving complex programs across NBNCo and related environments.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale transformation programs within NBNCo, including transformations, Enterprise Simplification, and Strategic Data Quality programs


• Define and execute strategic roadmaps aligned with NBN's commercial and operational goals.


• Oversee cloud migration initiatives such as application migrations, involving large-scale infrastructure and application transitions to AWS.


• Manage cross-functional teams and vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.


• Implement agile frameworks and DevSecOps practices across delivery teams.


• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management across business and technology domains.


• Monitor program success metrics including cadence, cost, and value realization.

Mandatory Experience:


• Minimum of 20+ years' experience with managing complex IT programmes and 5+ years with nbn technology and systems


• Demonstrated success in managing complex IT & Network transformation NBNCo programs


• Deep understanding of NBN's commercial models, IT solutioning, and operational practices.


• Experience with data governance, analytics platforms (UDS, CEDW), and enterprise-wide transformation.


• Proven ability to lead agile delivery teams and implement SAFe practices.

Preferred Qualifications:


• SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, and PRINCE2 Practitioner certifications.


• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.


• Experience in stakeholder management across C-Level and operational teams.


• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
