The Role
Part of the Customer Service team, you will be handling enquires and complaints, with your duties including but not be limited to:
- Manage the case from beginning to end with a proactive approach
- Proactive engagement on the ownership lifecycle of their vehicle (inbound and outbound)
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring these are positively resolved within a timely manner
- Provide fast speed of response to customers through any channel, in line with KPI expectations
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (WFH available after probation)
Hourly Rate: $35.15 per hour + super
Temp Ongoing: Potential to go permanent for the right candidate
Location: Norwest Business Park, free parking available on-site
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous experience working in a call centre environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet and exceed KPIs
- Attention to detail and excellent soft skills
