We're looking for a Client Executive.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to play a key role in bringing campaigns to life – connecting the dots between creative ideas, strategic thinking, and flawless delivery.
You'll support the Client Service and Planning teams by helping to develop communication plans, coordinate campaign implementation, and bring together specialist teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive real business outcomes.
This isn't your standard Client Executive role – it's more planning-focused, hybrid in nature, and perfect for someone who enjoys variety, loves people, and wants to see the big picture across multiple channels and projects.
What key accountabilities does this role have?
- Support the development and delivery of cross-channel media and marketing campaigns.
- Attend and contribute to internal and external WIPs, preparing updates, reports, and post-campaign analysis decks.
- Coordinate with digital, partnerships, strategy, and activation teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Pull data and insights from reporting tools to inform campaign planning and optimisation.
- Maintain an understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour.
- Create polished presentations that clearly communicate strategic ideas and results.
- Build strong internal relationships and help ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.
What are the keys requirements and experience for this role?
- 1.5–3 years' experience in media, marketing, client service, or creative agency environments.
- Understanding of the media landscape and how different channels work together.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management skills – you thrive on keeping multiple moving parts aligned.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively.
- Analytical mindset with comfort using data and tools such as AQX, Nielsen, or CommsPoint (training provided).
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel – you know how to build clear, engaging presentations.
- A proactive, curious mindset and eagerness to learn across different disciplines.
