Media Client Executive

The role:
As the
Client Executive
, you will play a key role in a supportive environment to manage and own campaign planning and implementation for
traditional/offline media channels
– this is an amazing client with established processes and a fantastic relationship that we just love working with

Core responsibilities:

• Manage data for planning, purchasing, and reporting across traditional media channels and partnerships
• Hybrid planning across digital channels
• Maintain Media Plans and Production Schedules with meticulous accuracy
• Coordinate with key media partners to guarantee campaign fulfillment
• Ensure precise invoicing for clients, managing timely delivery and resolving account queries and outstanding debts
• Gather data for competitor analyses, tracking media industry trends and conducting live research

A bit about you:

• Experience with media finance processes and campaign implementation
• Traditional media experience required or hybrid digi/traditional with the solid grounding in Offline
• Strong verbal communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to timelines.
• Proficiency in supporting on building of documentation and strong administrative skills and attention to detail to support Client & Digital Managers
• Strong implementational and executional background with experience across offline and digital media tools and platforms
• Tools such as: SMD/Spectra, Move, eTAM, eRAM, AQX, TV Map a bonus
• Building meaningful connections with clients and team members excites you
