Technical & Creative Print Designer – Women's RTW

Sydney, Full-time | Up to $85K + Super | Clothing Allowance + Staff Discount

An exciting opportunity is now open for a Technical & Creative Print Designer to join a premium women's Ready-to-Wear team. This is a dynamic and hands-on role ideal for a designer who combines artistic flair with technical precision.

You'll play a key part in defining the visual language of upcoming collections, reporting directly to the Design Director and working closely with the broader design and production teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the development of original in-house prints across seasonal collections
  • Create modern, sophisticated, and wearable print stories
  • Own the end-to-end print process from concept through to production handover
  • Collaborate with design, technical, and atelier teams to ensure seamless garment integration
  • Conduct trend research to keep the print direction fresh, relevant, and aligned to brand DNA
  • Maintain and grow relationships with external print studios and artists

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–4+ years' experience in fashion print design, ideally within premium or contemporary RTW
  • A strong folio of original print work showcasing creativity, technical skill, and commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)
  • Solid understanding of repeat creation, engineered prints, colour separation, and textile applications
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills – you'll work cross-functionally on a daily basis
  • Sharp eye for colour and attention to detail
