About the Role:

As an Embroidery/Apparel Decorator you will play a crucial role in the production of embroidered, screen-printed & transfed on goods. From programming embroidery machines to, preparing transfers onto products your work will directly contribute to the satisfaction of our customers and the reputation of our brand.

Responsibilities:

• Embroidery: Set up and operate Tajima industrial embroidery machines, select thread colours, and ensure designs are embroidered with high precision on various types of garments and items.
• Transfers: Heat pressing transfers onto garments, packing and unpacking products/garments and carry out preparation work.
• Artwork Prep: Convert and adjust client designs for embroidery and screen printing, ensuring they meet production requirements.
• Quality Control: Perform detailed quality checks on all items to ensure they meet our high standards and customer expectations.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Experience or interest in embroidery.
• Boasts strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Has a basic understanding of graphic design principles and software.
• Is able to work efficiently on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses excellent communication skills and can work well in a team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in embroidery is preferred. Skills: Familiarity with design software (Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Suite or similar) is a plus.
• No specific educational background required, but courses or certification in textile design, graphic design, or related fields are beneficial.
