Job Description:

A thriving and well-established cafe in Bunbury is seeking a passionate, full-time, part-time or casual Chef to join our dynamic team. We're known for our commitment to quality, seasonal produce and a high-standard kitchen environment that blends efficiency with creativity.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a supportive, tight-knit team.

What's on offer:

  • Full-time/Part-time position or Casual hours per week FT/PT)
  • Consistent, daytime hours – no late nights
  • A supportive team environment with room for input and creativity
  • Work/life balance – roster includes at least one weekend day (preferably both)

About You:

  • Trade qualified with at least 1 year of experience in a busy cafe, bistro, or similar setting
  • Confident in managing prep and service efficiently and independently when required
  • Committed to food safety and cleanliness
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work collaboratively with front and back of house
  • Comfortable taking initiative with specials and seasonal changes

You must be available for at least one weekend shift per week, with a strong preference for both Saturday and Sunday availability.
