Your Impact

As General Hotel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency. You will play a key role in our transformation journey, managing renovations and inspiring a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Manage renovation and upgrade projects, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
  • Oversee maintenance and safety standards across all facilities
  • Implement strategic initiatives to drive profitability and service excellence
  • Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Manage vendor relationships and operational contracts
What You Bring
  • Proven experience as a Senior Manager in the hotel industry
  • Strong background in property renovations, upgrades, and maintenance management
  • Operational expertise with a focus on customer service
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee large-scale projects
  • Proficiency in RMS is highly regarded
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary package: $150,000 package made up of a $130,000 base salary plus $20,000 in KPI-based incentives
