Role Purpose
- To lead through Redcape's purpose, values and behaviours to deliver on our key performance metrics.
- To support your Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team that delivers extraordinary customer experiences and drives venue performance.
Duties, Responsibilities & Expectations
The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience. The key responsibilities for this role will include:
- Leading a variety of internal teams as we strive to offer outstanding customer experiences.
- Ensuring we maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
- Creating and nurturing a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
- Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Hotel's operating hours.

- RMLV/Approved Manager preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
- CLO preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
- Although previous management experience is preferrable, it is not a mandatory requirement for the right candidate.
