Redcape Hospitality is looking to recruit a passionate hospitality professional to join our Leadership Team at The Wattle Hotel as an Assistant/Duty Manager. Working as part of the Venue Leadership Team to successfully run the Hotel's operations in a hands-on role that includes FOH and BOH duties.

To support your Venue Manager in building, coaching and developing a skilled, capable and motivated venue team that delivers extraordinary customer experiences and drives venue performance. The purpose of this role is to work cohesively as a member of the Venue Leadership Team, who take carriage of general hotel operations, driving performance, executing strategic initiatives and improving/sustaining both Customer & Staff Experience.

• Lead a variety of internal teams to offer outstanding customer experiences.
• Maintain exceptional venue standards in relation to cleanliness and presentation.
• Create and nurture a positive work environment so that all team members can thrive.
• Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with the Hotel's operating hours.

• Required: RSA & RSG.
• RMLV/Approved Manager preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
• CLO preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
• Although previous management experience is preferable, it is not a mandatory requirement for the right candidate.
