The Role

We are seeking a People Services Officer to provide high-quality HR administrative and process support to the wider HR team and key stakeholders across the Linfox Group. This is a hands-on role that ensures a smooth interface between HR operations and back-of-house payroll processes, while also acting as the first point of contact for HR queries.

Working as part of a collaborative People Services team, you will provide timely and accurate support on HR systems, documentation, and compliance processes. This role also supports Linfox's non-logistics entities including the Private Group, Property Group, Exclusive Piano Group and Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to HR queries, escalating complex matters to relevant HR specialists
• Manage HR documentation, including contracts, change of conditions, and compliance records
• Support payroll and HRIS processes including PageUp, SAP and SuccessFactors
• Ensure compliance with VEVO checks, pre-employment medical paperwork, and record-keeping requirements
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements in line with the Achieve Together workplan

You are detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent HR support. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism. You will bring strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Bring

• Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role
• Familiarity with HR systems (PageUp, SAP, SuccessFactors) and MS Office
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• A customer service mindset and the ability to work collaboratively
