**The Role |**
Our Quality Assurance Officer will monitor the work of our team, including chefs, food production assistants and product developers. The role will oversee the record keeping of the team and prepare appropriate reports for management, ensuring compliance and quality is upheld.

Duties will include maintaining strong overall quality control of products made by LaManna, and adhering to reliability, performance and customer expectation. Inspection of products is part of the job with the obligation to report and document findings.
- You will be competent in interpreting, building upon, and complying with LaManna quality assurance standards
- Accurately document quality assurance actions with internal and external audits and reports
- Recognise training needs across the business and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
- Actively seek continuous improvement and learning on new solutions, technologies, and skills
- Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of our products to confirm quality and conformance to specifications
- Assist LaManna in tracing, detailing and reporting quality levels, environmental, and health and safety objectives
- Ensure timely and accurate investigations with all product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with LaManna guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with departments to develop or update company procedures to ensure compliance
- Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to management and product development
- Excellent computer capability, including database management
- Knowledge of quality assurance methods and tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- A Master’s degree in a relative field is essential
- High expectation for excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in quality assurance within FMCG is essential for success
