The Role

We're currently seeking a motivated Quality Control Technician to join our team on the morning shift (5am–1pm). You'll be hands-on in our lab, testing and verifying the quality of our dry-mix products. We're looking for someone with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sample and test production batches in line with Crosbe's Quality Plan
  • Follow documented test methods accurately
  • Record results in the QC system with precision and care
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised lab environment
  • Ensure equipment is functional and properly maintained
  • Label and store retain samples correctly
  • Uphold Crosbe's safety and operational standards

About You

  • Physically fit – able to lift and mix 20kg bags of material
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident working independently and problem-solving
  • Build trusting working relationships within the technical team
  • Reliable, punctual, and proactive
  • Motivated and self-driven
  • Excellent verbal (English) and written communication skills
  • Lab experience (in a manufacturing environment is a plus – but not essential)
  • Familiarity with construction products or dry-mix mortars is favourable
