What you'll be doing:
- Leading the full spectrum of UPS work – from design and installation through to commissioning and maintenance.
- Owning complex UPS projects, stepping in on-site for critical work or specialist training when required.
- Coordinating contractors for emergency breakdowns and ensuring the highest quality outcomes.
- Training and supporting our in-house production teams to build and deliver exceptional UPS Systems.
- Running technical product knowledge sessions for sales and supporting cross-functional learning.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, procedures and best-practice standards.
- Working alongside the GM to set the technical direction and future growth strategy for the business.

What you Bring:
- Trade qualifications (Electrical Licence or equivalent).
- Proven experience in UPS system design, installation and maintenance (essential)
- Experience mentoring or training others, you enjoy seeing your team grow.
- Strong knowledge of batteries, inverters, and electrical safety standards.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for important projects.
