What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the full spectrum of UPS work – from design and installation through to commissioning and maintenance.
  • Owning complex UPS projects, stepping in on-site for critical work or specialist training when required.
  • Coordinating contractors for emergency breakdowns and ensuring the highest quality outcomes.
  • Training and supporting our in-house production teams to build and deliver exceptional UPS Systems.
  • Running technical product knowledge sessions for sales and supporting cross-functional learning.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, procedures and best-practice standards.
  • Working alongside the GM to set the technical direction and future growth strategy for the business.

What you Bring:

  • Trade qualifications (Electrical Licence or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in UPS system design, installation and maintenance (essential)
  • Experience mentoring or training others, you enjoy seeing your team grow.
  • Strong knowledge of batteries, inverters, and electrical safety standards.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for important projects.
