What you'll do

  • Answer and direct phone calls with a friendly, professional manner
  • Manage and respond to online enquiries
  • Schedule and organise quote bookings
  • Process payments
  • Enter supplier bills accurately
  • Greet and assist customers in our showroom
  • Provide general administration support to keep everything running smoothly

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Confident computer skills (Xero experience a bonus)
  • Someone proactive, reliable, and keen to grow with us
