About The Role
Uber for Business (U4B) is looking for a strategic, results-driven, and innovative Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our Australia & New Zealand Enterprise Sales team. This role is responsible for acquiring new enterprise customers, building long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth out of existing U4B customers.
As a leader in this function, you will manage and mentor a team of both New Business and Growth Account Executives, drive sales strategy, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including Implementation Leads, Premium Support Specialists, Product, and Operations-to deliver customer value and operational excellence.

What The Candidate Will Do
- Lead and scale a high-performing sales team, driving new business acquisition and existing business growth through long-term partnerships with large enterprise customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, leveraging Uber's value proposition to acquire and expand accounts across diverse industries. Manage and forecast a strong sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and revenue predictability via Salesforce CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales quotas, delivering measurable impact on revenue and growth. Drive operational efficiencies and customer experience enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and service delivery.
- Engage with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to align on partnership goals and unlock new business opportunities.
- Champion customer advocacy, leveraging insights, data trends, and success stories to drive strategic growth. Foster a culture of excellence, inspiring, mentoring, and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
*What the Candidate Will Need*
- 10+ years of B2B/B2B2C sales experience, with at least 4+ years in a sales management role. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders/C-suite executives. Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast trends and develop actionable sales strategies.
- Track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to address diverse customer needs.
- Data-driven decision-making to optimize sales processes and strategies. Proven ability to develop adaptive sales strategies in a dynamic market.
- Problem-solving skills to drive behavior change, technology adoption, and scaling growth. A collaborative mindset with a passion for process innovation and impact creation.
