Role Description
We're looking for an experienced
Enterprise Inside Sales Executive
who thrives in the intersection of technology and business. You'll work directly with our GM, CEO, and technology partners to build and grow relationships across Australia's enterprise sector — including
healthcare, banking and public sector
.
You'll manage key accounts, nurture executive relationships, and drive new business across Ausbiz's consulting and software delivery services in
AI Agents, RAG systems, and secure AI integration
.
What you'll
- Own and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts, managing full-cycle sales (from qualification to closure).
- Develop deep relationships with
C-suite and innovation leaders
across target sectors. - Partner with delivery, product, and marketing teams to co-create proposals, RFP responses, and unsolicited AI transformation pitches.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for
AI consulting, software projects, and corporate training enablement
. - Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline tracking using
HubSpot CRM
.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in
consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation
. - Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate complex buying processes.
- Understanding of emerging
AI/GenAI, automation, or cloud technologies
. - Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate business needs into AI-driven solutions.
- Experience using
HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
, and modern prospecting tools.
