We're looking for a
Full-Time Electrical Engineer
with the technical know-how and creative problem-solving skills to help deliver the next generation of custom and modular low voltage switchboards.

This is your chance to work with a passionate team, influence mission-critical designs, and leave your mark on projects that power Australia.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Innovative Design:

Create custom and modular low voltage switchboards that impress clients and meet the highest industry benchmarks.

End-to-End Project Management:

Lead the full lifecycle of projects—from concept development to final delivery.

Technical Compliance & Safety:

Ensure all designs meet strict standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Resource & Supply Coordination:

Manage equipment logistics and supplier relationships to keep projects running smoothly.

Quality Assurance:

Perform thorough design and build checks to maintain our reputation for excellence.

Client-Facing Expertise:

Serve as the go-to technical expert for clients, offering trusted solutions for complex requirements.

What You Bring to the Role

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in low voltage switchboard engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for both custom and modular applications
  • Deep understanding of electrical schematics, drawings, and industry regulations
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust with clients and team members
  • Collaborative mindset and a commitment to team success
