At Joomi, we help Aussie homes and businesses go solar, add batteries, and charge their EVs. We're growing fast here in NSW and are about to launch into QLD and VIC.

We're not hiding it, this is still the early stage of our journey. We've got big plans to become one of the leading names in solar across Australia, but we can't do it alone. We need the right people alongside us.

This isn't your average sparky role. We're looking for people who want to stick around for the long haul (3–5 years at least), help us build a large national business, and share in the upside. We're offering not just a great place to work and strong pay, but also equity options, so you'll literally own a piece of the business you help grow.

It won't always be easy. You'll need resilience. You'll need to be the type of person who can roll up their sleeves, lead from the front, and keep pushing when things get tough. But if that excites you, you'll fit right in here.


Who You Are
  • A hands-on solar installer with solid experience.
  • A natural leader who can run a crew and keep sites safe and productive.
  • Someone who prides themselves on quality and doing the job right the first time.
  • Friendly, professional, and good with both customers and your teammates.
  • Resilient—because building something big takes grit.

What You'll Need
  • SAA Solar & Battery Accreditation.
  • Experience leading installation teams.
  • Working from Heights, White Card, LVR/CPR.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence.
