What You'll Be Doing

  • Install solar and battery systems safely and efficiently
  • Lead and support your on-site team of apprentices and trades
  • Communicate with clients to ensure smooth, professional experience
  • Manage job prep, materials, and site readiness
  • Work with the ops team to plan, deliver, and close out projects

Who You Are

  • A qualified A-Grade electrician with solar/battery experience or eager to learn
  • Organised and proactive, with strong time management and attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who takes pride in high-quality, compliant work
  • Holds or is working toward SAA Accreditation, White Card, and Working at Heights
  • In career-building mode — ready to learn, lead, and grow with an emerging player in renewables
