The Role

As our Senior Diploma Educator, you will:

• Lead & implement a high-quality educational program: Run a room with 12–20 children and a team of 2–5 educators; Ensure weekly curriculum aligns with EYLF/NQS; Review and adjust plans at least monthly.
• Certified Supervisor responsibilities: Act as the Responsible Person/Certified Supervisor as required
• Mentor & supervise room: Lead and inspire our team of Cert. III or student educators with confidence and compassion.
• Quality improvement & compliance contribution: Ensure excellence in compliance, programming, and early learning outcomes.
• Curriculum documentation: Champion child led, play based learning aligned with our educational pillars.
• Communication with families: Foster authentic partnerships with families with verbal / written or face-to-face updates and the wider community.
• Care and Welbeing: Support the implementation of our life skills, nutrition, and wellbeing programs.

What You Bring

• A Diploma in early childhood teaching or an equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience working in the Diploma Role.
• Experience in planning and delivering educational programs considering each child's overall development.
• Good knowledge of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and My Time Our Place
• Ability to effectively apply teaching methods in your practice.
• A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) number.
• Australian working rights is a must - No sponsorship will be provided.
• Ability to work shifts between 7:00am - 6:30pm Monday - Friday
