We're seeking someone who can confidently manage the front desk, provide an exceptional first impression for new members, and support our community of existing members.
Reception Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Hours available: ~ 25 per week, with the potential to increase.
Start: Immediate.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting members and managing check-ins
- Booking members into classes
- Showing new members around the gym and supporting their onboarding
- Answering calls, replying to emails, and processing payments
- Handling till balancing and general admin duties
- Supporting membership sales and upgrades/downgrades
- Calling members as part of our community nurture program
- Maintaining gym presentation - daily upkeep of reception, bathrooms, and training areas (restocking supplies, emptying bins, fridge restock, quick vacuum/mop as needed)
- Helping build and maintain our awesome gym culture
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in reception, admin, or customer service
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
- Bonus but not a requirement: Experience with GymMaster (or other gym management software).
