The Role

We're seeking someone who can confidently manage the front desk, provide an exceptional first impression for new members, and support our community of existing members.

Reception Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Hours available: ~ 25 per week, with the potential to increase.

Start: Immediate.


Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting members and managing check-ins
  • Booking members into classes
  • Showing new members around the gym and supporting their onboarding
  • Answering calls, replying to emails, and processing payments
  • Handling till balancing and general admin duties
  • Supporting membership sales and upgrades/downgrades
  • Calling members as part of our community nurture program
  • Maintaining gym presentation - daily upkeep of reception, bathrooms, and training areas (restocking supplies, emptying bins, fridge restock, quick vacuum/mop as needed)
  • Helping build and maintain our awesome gym culture

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 1 year experience in reception, admin, or customer service
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Bonus but not a requirement: Experience with GymMaster (or other gym management software).
