Sydney CBD | Hybrid (2 days in-office per week)

We are seeking an experienced Data Solution Designer to join a major multi-year data transformation program within the banking sector. This role will focus on designing and delivering scalable data solutions, leading large-scale data migrations, and optimising ETL pipelines as the organisation transitions from legacy data warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable data solutions using modern ETL tools
  • Lead solution design and architecture for large-scale data migration projects
  • Develop, optimise, and maintain ETL pipelines
  • Support the transition from legacy data warehouses (e.g., Oracle) to modern platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align data solutions with business needs

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer or Solution Designer
  • Strong background in ETL development and optimisation
  • Expertise in Informatica or equivalent ETL platforms
  • Prior experience in large-scale data migration programs
  • Banking industry experience is essential
