Role Description

Alpha Plus Solution is seeking an experienced
Lead Data Engineer
to support our client in delivering large-scale ICT transformation projects within the
Indigo Program
.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade data solutions that underpin client's systems. This role involves working within a multi-disciplinary agile team to build robust, scalable, and secure data architectures that enable advanced analytics, forecasting, and business intelligence capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SQL Server.
  • Develop and maintain complex stored procedures, views, and database performance in SQL Server.
  • Support data analysis and discovery exercises in designing and implementing data engineering processes.
  • Collaborate with data architects, data modellers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline failures and performance bottlenecks.
  • Following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology for software development and contributing to Agile ceremonies.
