The Role

A rare opportunity has opened up to join Oroton in an exciting growth phase. We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Distribution Coordinator to support our Senior Distribution Supervisor as 2IC, helping to oversee daily operations at our Greystanes Warehouse. No two days will look the same, and you'll play a key role across reverse logistics, quality control, data integrity, freight bookings, inbound compliance, value-added services (VAS), and more. This is a permanent, full-time position based on-site in our Greystanes Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as 2IC to the Distribution Supervisor, confidently stepping into the role when required
  • Manage end-to-end reverse logistics across digital, retail, concession, and wholesale channels
  • Coordinate freight bookings and monitor consignments across multiple couriers
  • Perform quality assurance inspections, including recalls, returns, and spot checks
  • Maintain data accuracy across systems including M3 and other ERP/online platforms
  • Execute and oversee VAS including product rework, reticketing, and decanting
  • Support inbound compliance and investigate PO variances
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist with fixtures and fittings for new store openings and visual merchandising needs

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 1–2 years' experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or retail (highly regarded)
  • A fast learner with a strong work ethic and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage relationships with both internal teams and external partners
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • A natural problem solver who enjoys improving processes and driving efficiencies
